- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.

- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across different departments.
- Stay updated on legal developments impacting the retail and entertainment sectors.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial law, with a strong understanding of Egyptian legal frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
