Decathlon Egypt is currently seeking a qualified individual to join their team as a Senior Legal Counsel.

Location: Cairo, Egypt
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 5–7 years of experience in the same position in the corporate field
- Excellent command of English Language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround expectations.
- Strong skills in drafting a variety of legal documents and communicating complex issues clearly and concisely
Responsibilities:
- Provide sound legal advice to the company on all matters related to its business operations, ensuring compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, permits, and other legal documents.
- Manage the company’s legal issues and disputes effectively.
- Represent the company before governmental bodies when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s internal policies and legal procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments relevant to the company’s industry.
