The main role of the job is to assist the Legal Manager with a variety of legal, regulatory, data privacy, and administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Law
- Member of a European and/or North American Bar association
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of legal concepts
- Expertise in negotiation techniques, contract law, contract drafting and negotiation, software licensing agreement
- English language is a must
