Job Description: Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Manage corporate governance and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Law degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Solid corporate law background, ideally within a holding company in the UAE.
- Experience in company incorporations, shareholder agreements, JVs, and distribution agreements.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential.
