McKinsey & Company is seeking a lawyer to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. The candidate will handle contract preparation, review, drafting, and negotiation.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview:
- Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Preparing service, confidentiality, and indemnity agreements.
- Negotiating in Arabic and English.
- Preparing necessary documents.
- Coordinating internally with firm departments.
- Proofreading commercial contracts.
- Ensuring clarity, consistency, and completeness.
- Staying updated on KSA regulations.
- Providing advice on corporate and procurement regulations.
- Advising on general legal issues and best practices.
- Assisting teams with internal policies and compliance procedures.
Qualifications:
- A legal degree with top academic credentials from an accredited and recognized university, including membership in the Saudi Bar Association.
- Over 6 years of contract work experience in KSA, preferably with a law firm or in-house legal department of a multinational corporation.
- Structured communication and working style, attention to detail
- Both Arabic and English are excellent.
