Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a comparable subject.
- At least six years of experience in a comparable job.
- Expertise in Saudi Arabian law and regulations
- Strong legal research and analysis capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage many tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review contracts and legal documents
- Provide legal consultant services
- Provide support on legal due diligence exercises
- Review all the contracts and agreements between the corporate and external entities
- Keeping documents, records, files, and legal references
