Shalakany company is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join its teams in the M&A Department and the Banking / Finance Department.

Education:
LLB in Law from an Egyptian university or its equivalent
Qualifications:
- Admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
- Excellent English and Arabic skills
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in M&A
- Create, examine, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Excellent written and vocal communication abilities.
- Excellent time management and organisation abilities.
- Good computer skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong personal integrity.
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a legal team.
- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to conduct effective research.
- Versatility and attention to detail.
