Position: Legal Counsel, KSA
Time Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Provides legal counsel to the leadership, business development, and sales teams.
- Communicates with Group Legal, insurance, and other group organizations to help and advise business/sales professionals on terms and conditions for sales/commercial contracts.
- Handles all areas of litigation and pre-litigation proceedings.
- Informs stakeholders about legal trends, emerging areas of the law, industry trends, and associated risks that may affect DSV operations and/or services.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree from an authorized legal school.
- At least five years of legal experience, preferably with an in-house legal team or a law firm that works with in-house legal teams.
- Preferably informed and experienced in the transportation, goods forwarding, and logistics industries.

- Effective communication in both English and Arabic.
- The ability to transform complicated legal challenges into easily accessible assessments and effective suggestions in the context of global business strategies.
- Ability to prioritise workload, fulfill deadlines, react to changing conditions, establish suitable priorities with clients, and deliver results efficiently.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and collaborate in a local and global team setting.
