Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field preferred.
- Valid legal qualification or Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate legal department and business law firm.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and proactive approach to stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Egypt’s legal landscape and effective project management.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory and governance frameworks and contract law.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
