Job Description: Legal Senior Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research for organizational impact.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel.
- Participate in legal due diligence and support corporate transactions.
- Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 2 – 3 Years of experience as a legal specialist
- Law degree from an accredited university
- Proficient in corporate and commercial law.
- Experienced in contract drafting and negotiation.
