Responsibilities:
- Drafting contracts, providing strategic advice, and ensuring compliance and success.
- Ensure company operates in accordance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Offer strategic guidance on legal matters like IP and personal data.
- Support corporate decision making processes.
Qualifications:
- Qualified and licensed lawyer with 1.5-2 years of UAE law experience.
- Expertise in contractual and labor law.
- Experience in corporate work, including shareholder and BOD resolutions.
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English and Arabic.
- Solution-oriented, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in travel/IT industry preferred.
- Knowledge of IP, GDPR, and common law.
