The Marriott International Law Department provides global legal services for the development and operations of Marriott-branded lodging products in the Europe and Middle East & Africa region, including full-service, luxury, and Courtyard brands.

Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

• Three-year or four-year college degree.
• Two or more years relevant work experience.
• At least four years relevant paralegal work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys and Manager I in legal projects.
• Drafting management and franchise agreements
• Coordinating with local counsel and internal resources for legal document review and analysis.
• Conducting organizational due diligence and obtaining necessary agreement information.
• Reviewing letters of intent, terms sheets, and confidentiality agreements.
• Coordinating transaction closing and managing document execution.
• Managing hotel database and franchise disclosure documents.
